On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time to ensure you
receive your full service. If you are running late we will do our best to
accommodate you, but if you are more than 10 minutes late, please be
aware that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, we request a
minimum of 24 hours notice or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
We will send you two reminder texts. If you do not confirm your
appointment via these messages, your appointment will be cancelled to
allow others to make bookings.
For MAJOR work, being full scalp lightening, colour melt/balayge, or full head of
foils, you may be asked for an $100 deposit. This deposit will be forfeited if
you cancel or reschedule your appointment and are not within our 24 hour
cancellation policy period, arrive more than 10 minutes late for your
appointment or if you simply don't turn up.
We ask that you consider other clients and our wonderful stylists and
reschedule your appointment if you are unwell. If you decide to come to
your appointment and are unwell, please understand you will be asked to
leave and change your appointment for a time when you are feeling
If you are a close contact with a household member that has covid
19, we ask that you adhere to the guidelines of NSW health, have a negative
rapid test on the day of your appointment and please wear a mask to
your appointment. The health of our clients and our gorgeous stylists is
important, and we need to work together to provide a happy and healthy
environment creating fabulous hair.
