We guarantee our service, however for these results to continue, how you take care of your hair at home is important. If you swim, take certain medications or use unsuitable shampoos and conditioners, we cannot guarantee lasting results. Please contact us if a problem occurs with your hair within 7 days.

We do not provide redo's or refunds if you do not follow our advice or change your mind.

On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late we will do our best to accommodate you, but if you are more than 10 minutes late, please be aware that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice.

If you have not confirmed your appointment via text message, and we have tried to call you, we will not be able to hold your spot due to turning away other clients.

For MAJOR colour work, being full scalp bleach, colour melt, or full head of foils, you may be asked for an $80 deposit. This deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule your appointment and are not within our 24 hour cancellation policy period, arrive more than 15 minutes last for your appointment or if you simply don't turn up.

We ask that you consider other clients and our wonderful stylists and reschedule your appointment if you are unwell. If you decide to come to your appointment and are unwell, please understand you will be asked to leave and change your appointment for a time when you are feeling better. The health of our clients and our gorgeous stylists is important, and we need to work together to provide a happy and healthy environment creating fabulous hair

Anyone under the age of 18 will be checked before every service for headlice. If headlice are found in any clients hair, the service will not commence.

The stylist will inform you that you will have to reshedule your appointment for minimum 3 weeks following 3 chemical based headlice treatments. The alternative is that most capital chemists around Canberra have a lice clinic. It is roughly a 1 hour service which includes 3 different treatments- comb out, dehydrating and moisturising preventative. Children and adults of any age are able to get this treatment for $150 per person. This treatment guarentees to kill both lice and their eggs and is FDA & TGA approved.

We welcome your children to come in with you for your appointment, we just ask that they are respectful of the other clients in the salon.

Children are welcome at Park Hair to get their hair cut from the hours of 9am-5pm on weekdays.
