On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late we will do our best to accommodate you, but if you are more than 10 minutes late, please be aware that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice.
If you have not confirmed your appointment via text message, and we have tried to call you, we will not be able to hold your spot due to turning away other clients.
We welcome your children to come in with you for your appointment, we just ask that they are respectful of the other clients in the salon.
We guarantee our service, however for these results to continue, how you take care of your hair is important. If you swim, take medication or use unsuitable shampoos and conditioners, we cannot guarantee lasting results. Please contact us if a problem occurs with you hair within 7 days. We do not provide redo's or refunds if you do not follow our advice or change your mind.
After 5pm Tuesday-Thursday and on Saturdays, children will be charged at adult prices.
